Verified ReviewerCurrent good paying no claim customer. Info on site is not true they want to charge me more. Price increase no warning. Impossible to reach anyone. No question answers consistent. Very frustrated.
Chat no help. No live person ever.
Email got responses but not favorable to me as a customer. I am going back to Assurion for my new phone. If Akko is this difficult to reach, I'd hate to see if I had a claim. They also said they'd sent me a notice of increase in price, but I never got it and they won't refund extra charges for those.
Chat told me I could only pay one year at a time.
Email said I could still pay monthly. Ridiculous customer service

I submitted my claim almost two weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. I wouldn't recommend using them. I am beginning to think it is a scam.

It took me two days to find a phone number the results no answer I want to cancel this makes more positive to cancel if they want answer I do not need be involved akko

Struggled to get app to open then cldim wouldnt submit it is too complicated to submit a claim every time? This is l why I didnt submit claims for six months! Whats the point in having insurance that is only reimbursed at a partner

Filed a claim 9 days ago for a cracked back screen and no response. Worse customer service ever
Can't speak to anyone but bots. No live people to talk to or help you through the process and they don't want to fix a simple cracked back screen of my phone.

I also was not offered any compensation for all this wrongdoing by them. Not sure whether to blame charter or AKKO.
And now you're going to bill me a year later for a year messing up my bank account.
I was going to file a dispute but instead I just canceled the subscription which is being way too kind. I am very unappreciative of this experience and have already canceled my internet with charter and I will in the future not have a cell phone with them either.
