I’ve tried twice to speak to someone by phone with no success. Today I chatted with a bot. I was then told by the bot that a team member would be approximately 2 hours. Luckily I got a team member after about 40 minutes. After 45 more minutes with the team member I was unable to get my problem resolved and I had to leave to pick up wife at work. I give up.
