Unable to Get Human Assistance

Tried contacting them through chat function in my phone app. Waited all day and no response.

then went on website and saw the email button - said it would be faster so I sent an email...again waited hours and no response. I then tracked down their phone number in San Francisco on this website and called...it said to text and someone would get back in touch with me.

Get a text response saying someone available tomorrow - AND IT IS NOT EVEN 4PM ON THE WEST COAST...WORSE THAN BANKER'S HOURS.

Needless to say I will NOT be renewing phone insurance through them when I upgrade my phone at beginning of 2026 when the new Samsung Galaxy phones are released. I'll gladly pay a little more to work with a company who has humans working for them and not bots.

Call the company and ask to speak to a rep; the only thing you sent me is this chat asking for a review. I am done with this company.

I tried numerous times to reach a person to help me after I found out my wife & kids had not registered their cell phones. Thank God nothing is wrong with any of the cells at the moment but it's too

Not GOOD , & I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CLAIM . Trying to get to a person is worse than trying to get someone to let you pull there good teeth out.

Some things do Not need to be automated. Then it's forever to transfer or them to do so .

In wanted to Update payment

I had fraud occur with my debit card and I wanted to update my payment. There seem to be a many phases to try and make contact with your company.

I dont have that many words to say To describe what it is that I need.

Its simple I just want to give you the correct information to continue receiving a service. I want ed to update my payment.

Claim. I put in a claim May of 2025 o a-watch repacement battery for my Apple Watch and have never has any thing resolved as of yet. W H Y ? This was started with the EXPERIMAX store in Clearwater

How about making your promises come true since I have paid you 15.00 dollars per month with no results. By now I could have bought a new battery.

Please send me the Apple battery that I should have received long ago. There is no need on my part to ever say that you have lived up to your promises.

if it isnt, sent to me this month then I don,t want anything to do with you anymore and I will report you to the better business bureau.

Had to dispute charges at bank. Going to head to spectrum store (where I got the phone) and have it removed that way.

After seeing several $15 charges, I found out it was insurance I never signed up for. Spectrum clearly added it in the store when I bought their cheapest phone, and now I can't cancel AKKO without getting my bank involved.

I have been trying to get insurance for my cell phone through their app but it quits working when I try to upload a photo of my phone, as required by them.

Current good paying no claim customer. Info on site is not true they want to charge me more. Price increase no warning. Impossible to reach anyone. No question answers consistent. Very frustrated.

Chat no help. No live person ever.

Email got responses but not favorable to me as a customer. I am going back to Assurion for my new phone. If Akko is this difficult to reach, I'd hate to see if I had a claim. They also said they'd sent me a notice of increase in price, but I never got it and they won't refund extra charges for those.

Chat told me I could only pay one year at a time.

Email said I could still pay monthly. Ridiculous customer service
