I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for days and they don’t seem to care about me and my phone
I need to file a claim because my phone is not working right.
Ive called, texted and emailed them and they havent acknowledged my efforts.
Im not happy with them at all.
User's recommendation: Renew your iPhone warranty or better insurance than Akko.
Customer service matter
Cracked phone screen that I need to be fixed. I tried to register this phone online so I would be properly recognized and now my screen is broke and I want it fixed if I cant get it fixed I want my money back and then cancel my subscription

I didn’t even finish my application and they went ahead and started taking money from me
I never completed the application but they just felt it was ok to start pulling money out my account every month sometimes twice a month ! Ive done emailed them 3 times and they still taking my money so now Im fixing to press charges for theft !!

How to fill out the infor
It is so difficult to reach out to customers service on the phone. The company should provide better customer service.

Have called thier "customer service" phone number 3x and not once has anyone answered the phone. Only recording saying leave a message and we will call you back asap.
Not a single phone call. There is no customer service w this company.
